PLEASE READ, this has commission AND design TOS, so it applies heavily to my toyhou.se and commissions in general. I will ask if you've read my TOS if it's my design I'm trading off, and if you're commissioning me. (in affect as of 10/1/24.)

Design TOS !

  • Don't hide them !! I love seeing what u guys do with my designs ! At least auth me, I made them after all!

  • Don't use them to promote ur sick ideals or problematic views !

  • Don't remove the ZXMBIEBITE tag on their profile ! (and if they don't have 1, add it)

  • I don't have a lot of don't but just b respectful 2 me and the chara ?? I put a lot of work into them, thank you!

Here's sum YAHs!!

  • You can redesign them !! Just keep the orig design somewhere I can see it !

  • Go ahead and use them for promo stuff ! I expect VISIBLE credit for my design, though.

  • FEED THEM

  • BATHE THEM

  • CARE 4 THEM !!

Commission TOS !

REMINDER THAT I ONLY TAKE CASHAPP FOR PAYEMNT UNLESS DISCUSSED OTHERWISE.
IE: Vbucks, Nitro, Robux...

  • I charge extra for commercial use, if you're using my design and/or artwork for paid public viewing. (+$15) Along with easily visible credit.

  • I expect 50% of the payment when I finish the sketch, if I don't receive it, I won't continue working until I have it.

  • You are allowed to mention a deadline, I will do my best to see that I make it, but remember that I am also human; and sometimes we get caught up. I will lower the price if I miss the deadline.

  • You are NOT allowed to use my work for anything that is illegal, racist, xenophobic, homo/transphobic, etc. Just don't be stupid. Don't do anything I wouldn't do !

  • BE SPECIFIC ! I cannot say this ENOUGH, send as many references as you can think of. (i need a lot.)

  • BE HONEST!!!!!!! If you don't like something, TELL ME! It's for you!
